Design and execute comprehensive tests for APIs and Android/iOS applications, including manual, exploratory, regression, end-to-end, functional, non-functional, and database testing. Generate test data, manage defects, document results, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with product managers and developers to deliver quality features. Automation testing experience is preferred.

Own product areas end-to-end, from user problem discovery and roadmap development through execution, launch, and iteration. Partner with engineering and design to build user-focused experiences, analyze funnels and behavioral metrics, define product KPIs, prioritize initiatives, document requirements, and influence stakeholders with evidence. The role also involves rapid prototyping and shipping small features using AI tools, with emphasis on fintech, growth, activation, retention, and experimentation.

Own reliability, performance, scaling, disaster recovery, security, compliance, and cost optimization for mission-critical databases supporting a regulated fintech platform. Manage relational, NoSQL, key-value, and analytical engines across on-premise and AWS environments. Lead incident response, on-call operations, replication and DR drills, CDC pipelines, audits, upgrades, infrastructure standards, and launch readiness while collaborating with engineering, data, security, compliance, finance, and product teams.
