Lead the creative direction, design, and development of seasonal menswear collections for Banana Republic. Create trend-focused concepts, color stories, line plans, sketches, and technical design packages while collaborating with merchandising, technical design, product development, and sourcing. Present seasonal assortments, participate in fittings, maintain aesthetic and construction quality, and monitor fashion, cultural, and retail trends.

Supports senior sales executives by generating and qualifying leads, conducting outreach, preparing pitches and proposals, managing client communications, processing orders, tracking activities in CRM, analyzing market trends, and identifying new business opportunities. Provides administrative support, hosts guests, and sends product samples while developing toward an Account Executive role.

Owns and grows high-value retail and wholesale accounts through relationship management, account strategy, negotiations, assortment and promotional planning, sales forecasting, P&L management, and performance reviews. The role analyzes sell-through and market data, coordinates with internal teams, develops new strategic opportunities, and represents the company at trade shows and account meetings.
