Supports USFF Navy IT initiatives through requirements analysis, policy and process development, enterprise network service coordination, C4I/CIO interoperability assessment, and project support. Provides NMCI/SMIT/EUHW technical oversight, customer representation, asset and seat-refresh coordination, training, documentation, and executive support. Works onsite with classified systems at Naval Support Activity Norfolk and advises Navy commands on IT requirements, governance, service continuity, and process improvements.

Provides comprehensive HR support, including onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, compliance, recruitment, claims management, reporting, investigations, and policy maintenance. The role supports headquarters staff, coordinates with external agencies, manages employment documentation, conducts orientations and exit interviews, and ensures adherence to federal and state labor requirements.
