Supports Navy Risk Management Framework authorization and Assessment and Authorization efforts by developing and reviewing RMF packages, tracking artifacts, analyzing information assurance problems, assessing security solutions, reviewing vulnerability and risk analyses, and improving cybersecurity processes. The role requires collaboration with Navy organizations, technical documentation, lessons-learned reporting, and onsite support in Suffolk, Virginia.

Supports the U.S. Navy’s Risk Management Framework assessment and authorization process for ashore and afloat systems. Reviews cybersecurity compliance documentation, validates A&A packages, coordinates corrections, analyzes inspection findings and readiness metrics, interprets STIGs, supports vulnerability remediation, and develops procedures, reports, presentations, and training. Requires experience with Navy RMF tools, shipboard systems, DoD/Navy cybersecurity standards, vulnerability scanning, and inspection processes.

Manages customer engagement and IT service delivery for the Naval Enterprise Network. Serves as liaison to Department of Navy stakeholders, oversees contracts and project obligations, translates customer needs into actionable requirements, addresses execution issues, and develops mitigation plans for disputes and service deficiencies. Supports equipment refreshes, infrastructure delivery, software support, and network transition projects while promoting customer satisfaction and stakeholder communication.
