Leads enterprise IT strategy and operations across infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, governance, service delivery, budgets, vendors, and technology roadmaps. Oversees Microsoft and Azure environments, identity, networking, disaster recovery, endpoint management, and specialized creative, engineering, manufacturing, and production systems. Manages IT personnel and service providers, directs technology projects, negotiates vendors, and partners with executives and business functions to deliver secure, scalable technology solutions.

Leads and mentors Creative Directors developing themed entertainment attractions, environments, and guest experiences. Oversees storytelling, visual development, art direction, IP integration, design packages, and creative consistency across multiple lands and attractions. Collaborates with narrative, IP, BIM/Revit, Unreal Engine, facility design, and project management teams from concept through execution. Provides creative leadership, reviews deliverables, manages workstreams, and ensures alignment across disciplines.

Performs electrical engineering design and analysis, develops task schedules and estimates, prepares technical reports, supports manufacturing, integration, testing, and bid and proposal efforts, and collaborates with QA, purchasing, and production teams. The role requires independent technical judgment, engineering fundamentals, communication, organization, and technical writing skills in a complex systems design and manufacturing environment.
