The Senior Recruiter develops and implements recruitment strategies, manages the hiring process, and oversees onboarding, offboarding, and general HR duties.

Manage regional office operations including vendor and landlord coordination, supplies and inventory, reception backup, event support, interoffice logistics, basic IT troubleshooting, and administrative support for management and special projects.

Manage client acquisition, onboarding, and engagement teams; prepare and review complex individual and business tax returns; perform tax planning and research; supervise 2–4 staff; coordinate with clients and advisors; use tax software and analytics to resolve complex issues.
