Lead and own company systems infrastructure, disaster recovery, backups, and SLAs. Manage and develop a Business Technology team, optimize systems ROI, coordinate with stakeholders and vendors, implement deployments, and improve BT processes to meet business objectives.

Develop and maintain Acumatica reports, Generic Inquiries, and dashboards; build Power BI visualizations; integrate Acumatica with SaaS systems; ensure data quality, performance, and documentation to support decision-making across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain.
