Lead the site scheduling team to maintain the Master Production Schedule and detailed shop-floor schedules. Coordinate with production, procurement, planning, materials, and logistics to sequence orders, balance resources, minimize downtime, track KPIs, and implement continuous improvements using ERP/APS systems.

Develop and maintain detailed shop floor production schedules across lines, work centers, and shifts. Balance materials, labor, and capacity constraints; release and prioritize work orders; and adjust schedules for downtime, shortages, and order changes. Coordinate with production, planning, materials, and logistics teams, maintain accurate ERP or APS data, track schedule adherence and delivery KPIs, produce reports, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Provides advanced desktop and end-user technology support, administering Microsoft 365, Teams, Intune, Windows client architecture, software deployment, and enterprise patch management. Delivers Level III support, root cause analysis, device performance monitoring, hardware and software selection, documentation, training identification, ServiceNow knowledge management, and Service Desk mentoring. Participates in technology projects and on-call support while maintaining strong internal customer relationships.
