Supports business technology initiatives by gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements. Facilitates stakeholder meetings, maps current and future processes, assists with project scope, estimates, risks, dependencies, and status reporting. Troubleshoots issues, recommends solutions, develops test cases, and supports user acceptance testing and issue resolution. The role also maintains relationships with business partners, project teams, vendors, and clients while contributing to business cases and continuous improvement.

Develop and optimize ServiceNow capabilities through advanced server-side and client-side scripting, custom applications, Service Catalog configuration, integrations, APIs, automation, and AI-enabled features. Support upgrades, cloning, multi-instance environments, performance, and data integrity. Partner with architects and the CMDB Manager on scalable solutions, lead code reviews, document implementations, and mentor junior engineers.

Designs, develops, configures, and maintains ServiceNow workflows, scripts, custom applications, integrations, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping. Supports platform upgrades, release management, troubleshooting, and Tier 2/3 escalations. Translates business requirements into technical solutions, performs code reviews, mentors administrators, and maintains technical documentation.
