Leads electrical and specialty systems construction projects from business development through completion. Oversees project managers, staff, estimating reviews, purchasing coordination, staffing, customer relationships, job-site progress, safety, quality, schedules, and budgets. Develops managerial talent, evaluates performance, supports recruiting, and coordinates cross-functional collaboration. The role requires regular job-site visits and 15–20% travel.

Supports mechanical scope execution on hyperscale data center construction projects. Coordinates field teams, trade partners, RFIs, submittals, schedules, prefabrication, materials, quality inspections, safety compliance, commissioning, and turnover documentation. The role assists with HVAC and piping system coordination, tracks installation progress and risks, resolves technical issues, and helps ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and according to design requirements.

Manages onsite mechanical scope for large-scale data center construction projects, including planning, subcontractor coordination, budgeting, scheduling, commissioning, quality, safety, and client turnover. Oversees piping, cooling systems, ductwork, and related infrastructure while coordinating with engineering, manufacturing, electrical, controls, general contractor, and commissioning teams. Identifies schedule and cost risks, supports BIM/VDC coordination, leads progress meetings, and ensures compliance with design, contractual, safety, and performance requirements.
