Responsibilities include managing team dynamics, implementing cohesive communication strategies, and ensuring quality across all creative outputs.

The Live Video Production Engineer & Producer coordinates, operates, and provides technical support for video production in church venues, recruits and trains volunteers, manages video equipment, and assists in content creation for services and events.

The Worship Leader leads worship services, oversees auditions, manages Dream Team schedules, and fosters relationships among team members, emphasizing creativity and integrity. Responsibilities include leading campus rehearsals, developing vocalists, and coordinating worship activities across different campuses.

Provides high-level administrative support to Lead Pastors including calendar and travel management, meeting agendas, reports and spreadsheets, social media responses, event coordination, budget/guest speaker organization, and other clerical duties. Requires regular office hours plus evening/weekend event support and alignment with church beliefs and leadership values.

The HR Director manages daily HR functions including recruitment, compliance, payroll, performance management and benefits administration while fostering a strong church culture.

The Faith Kids Global Pastor leads the Faith Kids ministry team, ensuring excellence across campuses, developing programs, and fostering community engagement.

Provides high-level administrative support to lead pastors, managing schedules, meetings, travel, events, guest speakers, gifts, communications, social media, reports, credit card logs, and ministry-related projects. The role coordinates services, conferences, staff activities, speaking engagements, and media production while maintaining confidentiality, strong organization, independent judgment, and alignment with the church’s Christian values. The schedule includes 40–45 hours weekly, rotating evening and weekend services, and occasional extended hours.

Lead Florida campus production ministries (audio, lighting, production systems). Recruit, train, and develop volunteer and staff leaders, manage production operations, maintain and program equipment, oversee weekend services and events, and ensure alignment with Faith Church vision and standards.

Create a safe, welcoming Christ-centered environment for infants and toddlers. Prepare curriculum and supplies, contact families, recruit/train/schedule volunteers, manage volunteer teams, and support weekly services and special events (part-time, ~20 hrs/week).

Support live worship services and events by assisting the Production Team with audio, lighting, setup, operation, teardown, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting. Learn production equipment and software through hands-on training and mentorship, participate in rehearsals and sound checks, keep production areas organized, travel between campuses as needed, and serve reliably with a teachable, team-oriented attitude.

Lead and manage all production operations for an assigned campus, overseeing audio, lighting, and production systems. Recruit, train, schedule, and develop volunteer teams; maintain and troubleshoot equipment; collaborate with global production leadership; support services, events, and installations; travel between campuses as needed; work evenings/weekends during peak seasons.
