Lead and manage all campus production operations—audio, lighting, and production systems—by recruiting, training, scheduling, and developing volunteer teams. Oversee equipment operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, programming, and training; collaborate with global production leadership to maintain standards and support services and events, including occasional travel and evening/weekend work.

Provides high-level administrative support to Lead Pastors including calendar and travel management, meeting agendas, reports and spreadsheets, social media responses, event coordination, budget/guest speaker organization, and other clerical duties. The Worship Leader leads worship services, oversees auditions, manages Dream Team schedules, and fosters relationships among team members, emphasizing creativity and integrity. Responsibilities include leading campus rehearsals, developing vocalists, and coordinating worship activities across different campuses.
