Leads a major airborne communications modernization program, overseeing technical execution, cost, schedule, risk, contracts, customer relationships, aircraft modification, avionics integration, testing, certification, cybersecurity, logistics, and sustainment. Supervises multidisciplinary engineering and operational teams, subcontractors, and partners while managing government and international stakeholder engagement. Requires extensive aerospace or defense experience, aircraft integration expertise, and an active Secret clearance.

Design, implement, simulate, verify, and debug FPGA programmable logic for RF signal processing and high-speed data movement. Develop RTL in Verilog and VHDL using Xilinx Vivado for Zynq RFSoC, MPSoC, and Versal platforms. Integrate DSP algorithms, embedded processors, data converters, and interfaces including AXI and JESD204. Perform timing closure, hardware validation, system integration, documentation, and prototype-to-production support for mission-critical communications and defense applications.

Supports integrated product support and lifecycle sustainment for deployable SATCOM systems. Responsibilities include provisioning, inventory and repair management, supply coordination, logistics documentation, shipment records, supplier monitoring, obsolescence management, supportability analyses, readiness reporting, and maintenance of product support data. Coordinates with engineering, program management, supply chain, quality, and customer teams across deployment, sustainment, acceptance, and transition activities.
