Provides administrative, operational, and customer service support throughout the mortgage loan process. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing loan files, collecting documentation, following up on conditions, pre-qualifying customers through automated underwriting systems, coordinating closings, communicating with customers and lending partners, and maintaining records. The role also supports branch marketing, email, direct mail, social media, scheduling, and local outreach initiatives.

Supports mortgage secondary marketing through loan pricing, quantitative analysis, capital markets reporting, risk management, and profitability analysis. Responsibilities include maintaining pricing systems and valuation models, supporting agency transactions and mortgage-backed securities issuance, analyzing pull-through performance, validating data, developing best-execution tools, and preparing management reports. The role also contributes to process improvements, trading support, vendor relationships, and strategic initiatives.

Originates residential mortgage loans, evaluates borrower financial information, guides customers through applications and closing, and builds referral-partner relationships. The role manages documentation, coordinates with processors and underwriters, develops new business, stays current on lending programs and regulations, and ensures compliance with company policies and SAFE Act requirements. This hybrid position requires mortgage lending experience, strong customer service and communication skills, and an active or obtainable NMLS license.
