Handles inbound and outbound customer communications, researches and resolves mortgage servicing issues, provides status updates, processes correspondence, updates servicing records, and completes system tasks. Collaborates with branch personnel, internal departments, insurance companies, vendors, and business partners while maintaining compliance with mortgage servicing requirements. Supports team objectives and special projects.

Supports residential mortgage loans from application through closing by reviewing and maintaining loan files, entering borrower and property data, ordering third-party services, resolving documentation issues, monitoring milestones, coordinating underwriting and closing conditions, tracking funding requirements, and communicating with borrowers, loan officers, and vendors. Manages an active loan pipeline remotely while ensuring accuracy, compliance, timely closings, and strong customer service.

Provide administrative and client-facing support for a high-volume mortgage team: gather documentation, assist borrowers through applications, track loan items, maintain notes/checklists, support operations during meetings and events, and deliver strong customer service.
