Performs routine quality inspections, reviews completed work, identifies and documents defects, maintains quality records, enters data into systems and spreadsheets, communicates discrepancies, tracks recurring issues, and supports audits and corrective actions. The role requires accuracy, organization, basic computer and math skills, adherence to procedures, and effective communication. Previous quality assurance experience is preferred but not required, and training is provided.

Inside Sales Representative converts leads, upsells services, handles inbound and outbound customer communications, maintains customer relationships, resolves concerns, and tracks sales activity in CRM systems. The role requires strong communication, customer service, self-motivation, proficiency with Microsoft Suite, NICE CXone, and RealGreen, plus weekend availability. Compensation includes $14–$17 per hour plus commission, with benefits including insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) match.

Assist tree climbers and crew leaders with tree removal, trimming, and pruning. Operate and maintain chainsaws, chippers, ropes, and related equipment; manage ground-level rigging; drag, chip, and stack debris; and keep worksites safe and clean. This full-time outdoor role requires physical labor, teamwork, safety awareness, and a valid CDL. Tree service experience is helpful but not required, as training is provided.
