Leads business operations and first-line risk management for Card Services. Responsibilities include strategic planning, governance, executive reporting, performance management, risk assessments, control evaluations, audit and regulatory readiness, remediation oversight, incident management, and cross-functional coordination. Advises executive leadership on operational effectiveness, transformation, business decisions, and emerging risks while ensuring alignment with enterprise risk frameworks and regulatory expectations.

Executes marketing automation and email campaigns across multiple brands, including customer lifecycle journeys, segmentation, A/B testing, QA, personalization, reporting, and performance optimization. Collaborates with analytics, creative, content, brand, and product teams to improve acquisition, engagement, and retention. Troubleshoots delivery issues, manages campaign requests and documentation, and applies industry best practices.

Promotes and sells loan, insurance, and protection products through in-person and virtual channels. Assesses customer needs, manages applications through closing, meets sales targets, processes payments, performs credit assessments, and manages early-stage delinquent accounts. The role also builds customer relationships, supports process improvements and strategic initiatives, and assists branch operations with customer service.
