Partner with business leaders to forecast and manage operating expenses and capital, build efficiency-ratio monitoring processes, develop KPIs and dashboards, support cost-savings initiatives, enable FP&A and Workday ERP transformation, and provide data-driven insights and business case analysis to improve profitability and performance.

Support FP&A for Technology: manage expense reporting, forecasts, AOP and quarterly reviews, build financial models and dashboards, enable Workday/OneStream capabilities, analyze operating expenses and efficiency, develop business cases, and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.

Lead and oversee a portfolio of branch and business operational processes. Own process documentation and governance, monitor KPIs, run continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma/BPMN), implement risk controls, support business continuity and operational escalations, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure efficient, compliant, and scalable operations.
