The Developer will manage all phases of real estate development projects in NYC, coordinating various stakeholders and ensuring project delivery on time and within budget.

Support day-to-day property operations including HUD compliance, resident relations, rent collection, lease enforcement, recertifications, REAC/MOR/LIHTC preparations, coordinating maintenance responses, and performing administrative and accounting tasks in Yardi.

Manage day-to-day property operations and on-site compliance for an affordable housing community, including HUD/LIHTC/ADA compliance, leasing, rent collection, tenant relations, maintenance supervision, inspections, vendor coordination, budgeting, and supporting construction/renovation activities.
