Supports affordable housing development projects from acquisition and rehabilitation through new construction. Reviews budgets, financial reports, invoices, cash forecasts, and construction draws; compiles due diligence and financing documentation; coordinates meetings, approvals, vendors, files, and community communications; tracks project schedules, costs, contracts, and change orders; and prepares analyses and reports for senior development staff.

Lead full-cycle recruiting for a multi-state property management organization while designing and scaling an automated recruiting process. Responsibilities include sourcing and closing talent, advising hiring managers, implementing ATS and recruiting technologies, building workflows and dashboards, improving hiring efficiency and quality, and potentially hiring and leading a recruiting team.

Assists the Property Manager with daily affordable-housing property operations, HUD and LIHTC compliance, tenant recertifications, lease enforcement, evictions, resident relations, maintenance coordination, rent collection, arrears tracking, lease renewals, accounting transactions, and purchase orders. Provides responsive customer service and supports inspections, reviews, and overall property workflow.
