The Development Analyst supports the Affordable Housing Development platform, reviewing financial information, analyzing property reports, managing documentation, and assisting in project execution and governmental processes.

The Recertification Specialist reviews resident files for compliance with HUD regulations, processes recertifications, calculates rents, and identifies income discrepancies.

Oversee day-to-day property operations and compliance for affordable housing: manage leasing, HUD/LIHTC/REAC/MOR reviews, tenant relations, rent collection and evictions, supervise staff, coordinate maintenance, vendors, renovations, and budget tracking.
