Manage full-cycle recruiting for community manager and senior roles across multiple markets. Partner with hiring managers and HR leaders on hiring strategy, source and engage candidates, and host onsite job fairs. Improve recruiting processes through technology, automation, standardized workflows, and interview tools. Track recruiting metrics, analyze pipeline health and sourcing effectiveness, document processes, and recommend improvements to increase hiring efficiency, quality, retention, and candidate experience.

Sources, screens, and engages candidates for high-volume site-level roles. Coordinates interviews, candidate communications, background checks, offers, onboarding logistics, and requisition activity across multiple locations. Maintains accurate ATS records, generates pipeline reports, supports hiring managers, and identifies recruiting bottlenecks. The role requires strong organization, timely follow-up, and the ability to manage many requisitions and candidates simultaneously. Travel to multiple locations may be required for onsite job fairs.

Manages day-to-day operations and compliance for an affordable housing property. Oversees HUD, Fair Housing, ADA, LIHTC, REAC, MOR, and occupancy requirements; supports tenant issues, collections, lease violations, evictions, inspections, maintenance, vendors, renovations, budgets, and reporting. Supervises on-site staff and coordinates with compliance, construction, legal, and regional management teams to maintain the property and address regulatory or operational needs.
