The Community Manager oversees day-to-day operations, onsite compliance, tenant interactions, and property performance management while ensuring adherence to housing laws and regulations.

Develop, deploy, and maintain training programs, SOPs, and e-learning for property management staff. Lead technology rollouts, change management, KPI tracking, LMS administration, and facilitate in-person and virtual training to ensure adoption and operational consistency across the portfolio.

Manage daily operations and regulatory compliance for an affordable housing property, including HUD/LIHTC reviews, leasing, rent collection, tenant relations, maintenance and vendor coordination, inspections, budgeting, and oversight of construction/renovations.
