Manage day-to-day operations and compliance of an affordable housing property: leasing, rent collection, recertifications, inspections, maintenance coordination, vendor management, staff supervision, regulatory reviews, and budget monitoring.

Supports daily operations of an affordable housing property, including HUD and LIHTC compliance, tenant recertifications, lease enforcement, evictions, resident relations, maintenance requests, rent collection, arrears tracking, lease renewals, accounting transactions, and purchase orders. Uses property management systems to maintain records, respond to residents, coordinate staff, and support inspections and reviews.

Manages day-to-day operations and compliance for an affordable housing property. Responsibilities include HUD, Fair Housing, ADA, LIHTC, REAC, MOR, and occupancy compliance; tenant relations; rent collection and delinquencies; eviction coordination; maintenance and inspections; vendor and construction coordination; reporting; and budget monitoring. Supervises on-site staff and ensures the property is maintained, financially managed, and compliant with applicable regulations.
