Supports full-cycle accounting across multiple affiliated entities, including month-end close, general ledger activity, reconciliations, accounts payable, billing, expense reviews, tax and regulatory filings, treasury operations, cash movement, banking administration, and financial reporting. The role manages detailed multi-entity bookkeeping, assists with payroll funding and payment runs, supports account openings and KYC documentation, and proactively identifies discrepancies while coordinating with operations, banks, and tax preparers.

Support daily property operations including HUD compliance, resident relations, rent collection, lease renewals, recertifications, documentation of violations, coordinating evictions, and working with maintenance and legal teams. Use Yardi and other property systems to manage accounting and purchase orders, respond to resident requests, and assist with inspections and reviews.

The Traveling Compliance Specialist manages compliance with regulatory agreements, tenant certifications, and maintains orderly records while providing excellent customer service and collaborating with property management.
