Greets families and visitors, prepares graveside service locations, operates sound and video equipment, coordinates with funeral directors and grounds crews, manages service amenities, collects burial permits, and reports safety concerns. Requires professionalism, adaptability, physical strength, dependable attendance, and the ability to work outdoors while supporting bereaved families.

Supports the Director of Sales and sales team through scheduling, staffing coordination, sales process implementation, CRM and paperwork support, coaching, onboarding, training, and performance accountability. Serves as a selling supervisor responsible for personal sales goals while helping achieve team targets. Resolves customer service concerns, coordinates meetings and training, supports field appointments, reinforces policies, and identifies operational improvements. Requires travel between locations, community events, and appointments.

Supports cemetery operations, funeral services, and office administration. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, handling inquiries, processing interment and burial records, coordinating schedules, managing memorial merchandise orders, assisting during services, setting up equipment, maintaining documentation, supporting families compassionately, and keeping workspaces safe and organized. The role also involves light janitorial duties, outdoor work, physical lifting, and use of cemetery and funeral service equipment.

Provides compassionate funeral and memorial services, coordinates arrangements and third-party providers, processes contracts and payments, dispatches removal staff, and supports families. The role also includes administrative work, community outreach, event representation, sales and marketing support, vehicle operation, regulatory compliance, confidentiality, and maintaining professional service standards. Candidates must complete a funeral director internship, pursue licensure within five years, hold a valid driver’s license, and meet physical and customer-service requirements.
