Support property operations by handling rent posting, invoices, bank deposits, reconciliations, and Yardi accounting. Lease apartments, respond to resident inquiries, resolve service issues, mentor leasing staff, support the Community Manager, and ensure compliance with fair housing laws. Maintain financial accuracy and work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Lead day-to-day operations of a 248-unit affordable housing community: manage staff, budgets, and financial performance; ensure LIHTC/HUD compliance and inspections; maintain relationships with housing authorities; drive resident satisfaction and retention; use property management software for accounting and reporting.
