Responsibilities include rent collection, invoice processing, deposits, reconciliations, financial reporting, Yardi administration, LIHTC and HUD compliance, inspections, leasing, resident service, team mentoring, and support for the Community Manager. The role requires residential leasing or property management experience, affordable housing compliance expertise, accounting skills, fair housing knowledge, and flexibility for weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Lead on-site operations for a 242-unit multifamily property: hire and coach staff, manage budgets and financial reporting, maintain occupancy and rental goals, oversee marketing and resident relations, ensure compliance with fair housing laws, and coordinate inspections and move-ins.
