Lead day-to-day operations of a 250-unit affordable housing community, manage budgets and financial performance, ensure LIHTC/HUD compliance and inspections, recruit and coach staff, maintain resident satisfaction and occupancy, and handle regulatory documentation and reporting.

Support property operations and resident satisfaction by leasing apartments, processing rent and invoices, preparing financial reports, completing bank deposits and reconciliations using Yardi, responding to resident inquiries, mentoring the leasing team, supporting the Community Manager, and ensuring compliance with fair housing laws. Flexible schedule required, including weekends and some holidays.
