Teams at Fairfield Nursing and Rehabilitation Center

Provides daily care for geriatric residents and patients, including bathing assistance, linen changes, positioning, hydration, patient check-ins, and vital-sign recording. Responds appropriately to emergencies and communicates resident conditions to nursing staff. Requires a licensed Geriatric Nursing Assistant credential in good standing, English proficiency, compassion, reliability, and transportation.
