Builds and manages a high-performing strategy and analytics team, establishes analytical rigor and experimentation standards, owns key metrics and datasets, and develops self-serve data tooling and operating systems. Partners cross-functionally to identify opportunities, improve decision-making, and scale analytics practices across the company.

Own and grow a high-value portfolio of enterprise brands across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from prospecting through C-suite negotiation and onboarding, using data, AI tools, and market expertise to drive wholesale GMV. Build strategic pipeline, manage DACH-specific objections and procurement processes, represent Faire at industry events, create German-language content, and collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership to expand enterprise business.
