Own Faire’s personalization roadmap and strategy, including recommendation and ranking systems across retailer discovery surfaces. Partner with ML engineers, data scientists, and product teams to prioritize technical improvements, align roadmaps, and deliver customer and business impact. Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, guide ambiguous high-stakes decisions, and build leadership credibility. The role will eventually expand into leading the personalization product area, including hiring and onboarding an additional product manager.

Serves as the primary UK HR Business Partner, advising senior leaders on talent management, performance, employee relations, organisational design, workforce strategy, culture, change, and UK HR operations. Leads strategic HR projects, cross-functional initiatives, manager enablement, process improvements, and AI or HR technology innovation. Uses people data to inform decisions, ensures HR governance and compliance, and supports international teams across multiple time zones.

Own the full sales cycle for acquiring and onboarding brands in Faire’s Core/Gift categories. Responsibilities include prospecting, pipeline management, discovery, negotiation, closing, onboarding strategy, customer relationship management, identifying growth opportunities, category expertise, mentoring an SDR, and representing Faire at trade shows and industry events.
