Staff Product Engineer responsible for executing complex features across multiple teams and technology stacks, optimizing scalable web applications, partnering with product, design, marketing, and data, and mentoring engineers. The role requires strong product judgment, end-to-end ownership of product improvements, technical leadership, and proficiency in Java, Kotlin, or JavaScript, with familiarity across modern web technologies and AI coding tools.

Build Faire’s employer value proposition and cohesive talent brand strategy across digital channels. Develop AEO/GEO initiatives, employee storytelling systems, recruiter enablement materials, AI-powered content tools, and talent brand guidelines. Measure candidate sentiment, conversion, and hiring outcomes while partnering with Recruiting, Marketing, Communications, and People teams.

Build Faire’s enterprise detection and response capability from the ground up. Develop telemetry pipelines, detection content, alert routing, enrichment, playbooks, and automated triage and response. Track adversary behavior, conduct threat hunting and tabletop exercises, and maintain detection-as-code pipelines. Collaborate with IAM, network, infrastructure, and enterprise security teams to improve controls and resolve root causes.
