The Senior Growth Platform Engineer will design and build scalable backend systems, APIs, and growth infrastructure to enhance experimentation and targeting capabilities for retailers.

Own and maintain Kotlin-based backend services for Faire's Insider membership program. Collaborate with Data Science, Product, and Design to prototype and productionize ML-driven features, run experiments and analytics to measure performance, optimize service design and performance, reinforce membership benefits across customer surfaces, and mentor engineers on architecture and best practices.

Lead the science and technical direction for Compass, building agentic LLM features end-to-end. Drive data, evaluation, and modeling to improve agent quality, ship production features across backend/data/frontend, define eval/experiment frameworks, and collaborate on architecture and tooling to safely enable assistant actions.
