Build trusted relationships, retain and expand business, negotiate licensing and pricing, qualify new opportunities, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline while learning market and product details.

Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, including strategy, roadmaps, requirements, wireframes, KPIs, pricing analysis, and go-to-market planning. Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, executives, and customers to prioritize features, manage technical trade-offs, coordinate delivery, and drive measurable product and revenue outcomes. Lead product alignment, ideation, market research, and cross-functional execution while developing expertise in FairCom’s database products and competitive landscape.

Manage front desk operations, phones, mail, deliveries, supplies, office equipment, vehicles, events, travel, records, and administrative support. Coordinate with facilities vendors, IT, HR, and senior leaders while maintaining organized, well-kept office spaces. Support interviews, onboarding, expense reporting, budget tracking, inventory management, and company initiatives. The role requires confidentiality, adaptability, strong organization, public-facing communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
