The Engineering Manager will drive Agile maturity, oversee software testing strategies, and ensure high-quality, timely delivery of technical initiatives, collaborating cross-functionally.

Lead launch of a new product into a new market while protecting legacy business. Own positioning, go-to-market, demand generation, lead nurturing, funnel management, and cross-functional alignment with Sales and Product. Manage and develop the marketing team, establish brand voice, and measure performance. Travel ~30-35% and operate from Sandy, UT or Columbia, MO offices.

Design, extend, and modernize core database and data-management systems. Implement and test C/C++ components, work on query execution, indexing, storage, and transactions, debug production issues, own features end-to-end, document designs, and occasionally participate in on-call support.
