As FairCom’s Product Champion, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch—aligning product strategy and roadmaps with key business objectives and market demand. Highly collaborative and data-informed, you will partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Executive teams to translate customer feedback and market insights into prioritized features. You excel at managing technical trade-offs and coordinating cross-departmental efforts to deliver timely, high-quality releases that drive customer value.

The Day-to-Day

  • Own and maintain a roadmap for FairCom’s products and solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Create PRDs, product requirements, and wireframes to communicate product improvements and features.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to define Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, continuous value gaps identification, and competitive pricing evaluation based on market data.
  • Lead product alignment meetings and own the project management for all resulting deliverables, decisions, and cross-departmental dependencies.
  • Drive a product management culture that, with great judgment, balances product intuition, design inspiration, market assessment, and data validation for creating successful technology solutions.
  • Create clear KPIs and dashboards for our product lines to define success metrics and present to key stakeholders.
  • Become acquainted with and strive to be a Subject Matter Expert in all products offered by FairCom and other product alternatives in the software industry.
  • Think outside the box, seek all data points – even if they are not readily available to avoid confirmation bias and ensure data validation.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and the Chief Architect to gain in-depth market insight, gauge the success of product lines, look for value gaps, and continually evaluate pricing models based on industry data.
  • Lead the Product Team members who will assist in getting Market Data and allowing final touches on the product technical communication going out to customers.
  • Facilitate continual ideation sessions with internal and external SME’s to ensure all voices are heard and shared ownership decisions are made.
  • Other* duties may be assigned.
