Leads the architecture, design, validation, and debugging of complex multilayer PCBs and high-speed electronic systems. Responsibilities include USB-C, USB, LVDS, and differential-interface design; signal and power integrity optimization; EMI/EMC mitigation; schematic and layout reviews; prototype bring-up; lab testing; root-cause analysis; and production readiness. The role also provides technical leadership, mentors engineers, establishes design standards, and may manage a small hardware engineering team.
