The Director of Sensor Product Design Engineering will oversee image sensor product design, manage engineering teams, and ensure product innovation and quality. Responsibilities include translating requirements, managing design processes, and fostering collaboration within the team.

Manage day-to-day office operations and provide end-to-end HR support including onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, recruitment coordination, employee records, HR compliance, and employee engagement. Serve as first point of contact for employees, visitors, and vendors, and support leadership with administrative tasks and special projects.

Lead U.S. accounting and finance operations, ensure accurate GAAP financial reporting, manage month-end/year-end close, internal controls, audits, and tax coordination. Partner with the CFO on budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, ROI and operational analysis. Oversee AP/AR, payroll, fixed assets, inventory accounting, mentor staff, improve processes, and support cross-functional business decisions and executive leadership.
