Own and grow a portfolio of shipper accounts while developing new business opportunities. Build trusted customer relationships, expand freight volume and services, negotiate pricing and capacity, drive profitable revenue growth, maintain CRM data, and resolve customer issues. The role requires strong freight-market knowledge, commercial judgment, customer service skills, and personal ownership.
