Provides administrative and operational support throughout the equipment sales lifecycle, including quote preparation, order entry, equipment procurement, delivery coordination, invoicing, inventory tracking, documentation, and order closeout. Coordinates with sales teams, customers, vendors, manufacturers, freight carriers, service departments, warehouses, and accounting. Maintains sales and inventory records, processes invoices and lease documents, tracks orders and deliveries, supports reporting, and resolves discrepancies. Requires strong organization, communication, follow-up, systems proficiency, and customer service skills.

Sell new and used forklifts, warehouse products, and material handling equipment throughout an assigned North Dakota territory.
