The Chief of Staff supports the President and CEO by coordinating organizational priorities, leadership communication, decision-making, and executive workflows. The role manages Board of Directors meetings, aligns teams on institution-wide initiatives, oversees executive office operations, staffing, and budget, and represents the organization externally. It requires strong judgment, discretion, communication, analytical, organizational, and process-management skills, along with significant senior-level experience in mission-driven or globally oriented organizations.

Manages accounts payable and receivable, including transaction processing, reconciliations, invoices, payments, refunds, and journal entries. Processes payroll, prepares year-end tax forms, supports audits, responds to financial inquiries, and assists with accounting system implementation. The role also supports international office financial management and requires accurate, independent work in a predominantly remote environment.
