The Controller will lead daily accounting operations, monthly close, reconciliations, general ledger management, financial reporting, audit coordination, and internal controls. The role supervises accounting staff, supports U.S. GAAP and technical accounting activities, coordinates parent-company and international subsidiary reporting, and assists with acquisitions, due diligence, and post-M&A integration. The Controller will also support the Accumatica ERP implementation and improve scalable finance processes while partnering closely with the CFO, auditors, advisors, and parent-company stakeholders.

Owns accounting and financial reporting for a mid-sized manufacturing company, including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, reconciliations, financial statements, variance analysis, tax compliance, cost accounting, inventory valuation, and profitability analysis. Leads the front office accounting team, manages accounting and manufacturing systems, establishes internal controls, and partners with the CFO and leadership team on planning and strategic decisions.

The Chief Financial Officer will provide strategic, operational, and financial leadership for VEDP. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, financial reporting, controls, compliance, audit liaison duties, finance modernization, systems optimization, ROI analysis, and Board-level communication. The CFO will advise the CEO and executive team, oversee the finance function and Controller, manage team development, strengthen dashboards and analytics, and steward approximately $60 million in public funds.
