Supports accounting operations through month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, audit schedules, internal controls, and financial review packages. Assists with construction job-cost accounting, Work-in-Progress reporting, cost-to-complete analysis, vendor and subcontract setup, and accounting process improvements. Maintains audit-ready files, tracks reconciliation and control issues, documents procedures, and provides departmental backup.

Leads Maymont Foundation’s fundraising and advancement strategy, including annual and capital campaigns, major gifts, grants, corporate partnerships, board engagement, government relationships, donor stewardship, cultivation events, and membership growth. Manages the development team, oversees donor database operations and reporting, integrates fundraising with marketing, builds community partnerships, and represents the organization with donors, stakeholders, and civic leaders.

Lead day-to-day accounting (GL, AP, AR, payroll, month-end), manage a small accounting team, improve close speed and processes, prepare monthly reporting, support budgeting/forecasting, and optimize ERP and accounting workflows in a fast-growth private equity-backed services company.
