Lead organisational ML engineering strategy and architecture for high-stakes programmes. Own end-to-end delivery, drive adoption of platforms and technologies, coach senior engineering talent, shape executive client engagements, and lead technical pre-sales to win flagship AI projects.

Lead the learning science discipline: define learning goals, skill models, adaptivity and feedback; create a Learning Science Playbook; design rigorous evaluations; partner with product, data science and engineering to embed pedagogically sound, measurable AI-driven learning systems; contribute to safety and assurance; mentor colleagues and represent Faculty externally.

Lead and develop the Product Management discipline for Applied AI, set standards and skill frameworks, perform senior consulting on client engagements, advise enterprise clients on adoption and operating models, partner in business development, and mentor teams to build durable AI-powered products.
