Provides consulting, training, and technical support to investment management and banking clients using FactSet software. Responsibilities include helping clients obtain data, creating Excel-based analytical models, supporting portfolio and quantitative analysis tools, optimizing workflows, conducting seminars, and managing assigned client relationships. Requires strong analytical, communication, customer service, finance, and problem-solving skills, along with native-level Japanese and business-level English.

Manage end-to-end payroll for employees across France, Latvia, Spain, and Luxembourg; collaborate with ADP; resolve payroll discrepancies; improve benefits processes; prepare and analyze HRIS variance reports; handle payroll and attendance inquiries; and support HR administrative tasks and special projects during a fixed-term maternity cover.

Conduct research and analysis on global investors and investment organizations, maintain accurate investor profiles, support clients, identify software bugs, and improve research workflows through new tools and automation. The role requires financial market knowledge, strong analytical and numerical skills, Excel proficiency, attention to detail, and flexibility for night shifts, extended hours, and Eastern Standard Time.
