Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Order Management System features across Java backend and JavaScript frontend components. Collaborate with product managers and engineers, participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, optimize scalability and low latency, troubleshoot full-stack issues, and contribute to architecture, planning, and documentation.

Supports the organization’s disaster recovery and business continuity program by conducting risk assessments and business impact analyses, defining RTOs and RPOs, developing and testing recovery plans, and supporting backup, restoration, and infrastructure recovery. The role collaborates with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to improve system recoverability, maintain documentation, support crisis response, and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
