Lead end-to-end recruiting for GTM functions (Sales, Field Engineering, Customer Success, Partnerships, Revenue Ops). Partner with leaders on talent strategy, sourcing, assessment, offer negotiation, and hiring processes. Use data and market insights to scale hiring, improve interviewing, and build repeatable recruiting programs while ensuring a strong candidate experience.

Partner with mid-market customers through evaluation, onboarding, and adoption of Factory. Lead technical onboarding, diagnose and resolve customer technical issues, run developer enablement, and feed actionable product insights to engineering and product to improve onboarding and scale.

Lead Developer Relations by enhancing community engagement, organizing events, creating content, and collaborating with tech partners to promote Factory's technology.
