As a Customer Engineer, you will drive customer success through onboarding, technical support, product insights, and liaising between customers and engineering teams.

Lead customers through pre-contract engagement, onboarding, pilots, and production adoption. Provide technical training, requirements analysis, product recommendations, troubleshooting, usage analysis, and feedback to engineering and product teams. Translate customer needs into development tasks and coordinate solution delivery. Travel approximately 15% to domestic and international customer sites. This is an in-office role in San Francisco.

Lead Factory’s communications strategy and narrative across media, announcements, thought leadership, crisis response, executive visibility, internal communications, and AI search channels. Serve as primary spokesperson, translate complex AI and software concepts for broad audiences, build press relationships, and grow owned audience reach. This hands-on leader will coach executives, manage issues, and build communications staff and agency partnerships as the company scales.
