Own end-to-end US and international payroll operations, including multi-state taxes, variable compensation, equity, benefits deductions, contractor payments, payroll providers, and compliance filings. Partner with Finance, People, Tax, Legal, and Accounting on journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and year-end reporting. Build scalable payroll processes, controls, and documentation while using automation and AI to reduce manual work.

Own technical customer relationships for enterprise accounts from discovery through pilots, expansion, and adoption. Lead evaluations, proofs of concept, and integrations within customer environments; architect deployments across CI/CD, code review, testing, and deployment workflows. Partner with account executives to drive revenue, build technical champions, diagnose implementation issues, and communicate customer feedback to product teams. The role supports enterprise software customers and may involve air-gapped or private deployments.

Build and lead Factory’s commercial compliance program for regulated enterprise sales. Responsibilities include creating policies and processes, reviewing security questionnaires and contracts, ensuring HIPAA, DORA, and ICT risk compliance, managing vendor and subprocessor risk, aligning product and security standards, monitoring AI governance and privacy requirements, and automating compliance workflows. The role partners across Sales, Deal Desk, Legal, Engineering, and Security and requires 6+ years of relevant experience.
