Lead and scale an on-site SDR program: hire, onboard, ramp, coach, and manage SDRs to hit pipeline targets. Own outbound motion, tech stack, forecasting, CRM hygiene, and SDR-to-AE handoffs while partnering with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Operations.

Lead and manage a 6-8 person Mid-Market Account Executive team selling to engineering organizations. Own regional revenue, hire and ramp reps, coach through technical multi-stakeholder cycles, run accurate forecasting and pipeline inspection, scale SF and NYC GTM hubs, and partner cross-functionally to drive new logos, expansion, and renewals.

Provide high-velocity commercial legal support for enterprise US deals, negotiating MSAs, licensing, NDAs, and SaaS agreements. Partner with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and leadership to close deals quickly, manage risk, and scale legal playbooks, templates, and negotiation guardrails.
