Teams at Factory

Lead Factory’s developer relations strategy across technical content, community, events, partnerships, and social channels. Build tutorials, demos, documentation, sample applications, and case studies; represent Factory publicly; grow developer communities; develop ecosystem partnerships; gather product feedback; and measure developer adoption, engagement, and retention. The role requires strong technical credibility, familiarity with AI-powered development, exceptional communication skills, and close collaboration with Product and Engineering.

Own technical customer relationships throughout enterprise evaluations, pilots, deployments, expansion, and ongoing success. Lead proofs of concept, architect integrations with CI/CD and development workflows, troubleshoot customer environments, and translate technical needs into product feedback. Partner with account executives to drive revenue, build champions, and expand adoption across teams. The role requires coding, scripting, debugging, enterprise deal-cycle experience, and up to 50% travel.

Own Factory’s website end to end, including visual direction, layouts, prototyping, frontend development, animation, accessibility, performance, launches, and ongoing improvements. Build product pages, campaign experiences, interactive demonstrations, and reusable components while partnering with Design, Marketing, and Product. Use analytics, feedback, and experimentation to improve engagement and conversion.
