Lead Developer Relations by enhancing community engagement, organizing events, creating content, and collaborating with tech partners to promote Factory's technology.

Build and lead Factory's federal go-to-market: own strategy, pipeline, partnerships, compliance (FedRAMP/ATO/DoD ILs), and hiring. Close large multi-stakeholder agency deals, grow marquee accounts, stand up partner ecosystem, feed product requirements back to engineering, and represent Factory to senior government and industry leaders while forecasting and reporting revenue.

The Systems Integrator Partnerships Lead will manage partnerships with systems integrators, developing go-to-market strategies and driving revenue through those partnerships. Responsibilities include relationship management, sales cycle collaboration, pipeline tracking, and cross-functional teamwork to support partner success.
