Supervise daily battery manufacturing operations, production personnel, manpower allocation, multiple product builds, quality, safety, and schedule execution. Monitor performance and yield, coordinate with Engineering, Quality, PMC, and Maintenance teams to resolve issues, maintain production records, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead the EHS organization for a battery manufacturing facility in Cheonan, establishing compliance frameworks, safety and environmental management systems, risk assessments, emergency response, permit and contractor safety management, audits/inspections, training, and reporting to drive regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.

Lead and optimize battery cell mass-production operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets. Manage production teams, drive continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma), monitor KPIs (OEE, yield, cycle time), support NPI and ramp-up, oversee budgets and resource planning, and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and quality.
