Lead end-to-end scoping and proposal development for solutions engineering engagements. Define scope, assumptions, and SOWs; build reusable templates, estimation models, playbooks, and automation specs; streamline handoffs with Partnerships; analyze scoping accuracy and improve delivery kits. Act as proactive problem-solver and process owner to make engagements repeatable, well-priced, and operationally efficient.
