The Associate II, Contract Management will draft and negotiate various contracts, manage data, and improve service delivery for clients in legal services.

Leads complex pharmaceutical manufacturing contract drafting, review, negotiation, risk assessment, and escalation. Drives contracting process transformation through standardized clauses, AI-supported analytics, dashboards, and improved review workflows. Partners with Legal, Procurement, R&D, technology, quality, insurance, and privacy stakeholders globally. Supports resourcing, team development, training, knowledge management, and client leadership discussions while serving as a subject-matter expert on pharmaceutical manufacturing agreements.

Reviews and analyzes commercial and financial services contracts, captures contractual clauses, prepares templates, and performs quality control. Trains and oversees contract analysts, supports client deliverables, develops training materials, and handles escalations. The role requires a law degree, two years of document review or commercial contracts experience, strong attention to detail, client and stakeholder management skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
