Teams at Factbird

Own the product strategy, roadmap, discovery, execution, launches, and performance outcomes for Factbird’s manufacturing production-insights platform. Partner with firmware, cloud, UX, engineering, business, and customer stakeholders to translate shop-floor needs into actionable products. The role requires hands-on manufacturing operations experience, strong product management and agile expertise, data and analytics skills, continuous customer discovery, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Designs, builds, and supports custom industrial IoT integrations connecting PLCs, sensors, CNC machines, and customer OT/IT systems to Factbird. Responsibilities include feasibility analysis, integration design, PLC and protocol work, hardware bench testing, live production troubleshooting, root cause analysis, documentation, commissioning, process improvement, and technical customer support. The role also shares expertise with internal teams and contributes recurring solutions to product development.

Responsibilities include feasibility analysis, integration design, PLC and protocol work, hardware bench testing, commissioning, root-cause troubleshooting, documentation, customer technical calls, knowledge sharing, and process standardization. The role supports both pre-sales and post-sales teams and requires hands-on industrial automation experience in live production environments.
