Lead complex enterprise sales across named manufacturing accounts, from opportunity creation through global expansion. Build executive relationships, develop operational and financial business cases, navigate multistakeholder buying processes, manage pilots, negotiate commercial terms, and close high-value deals. Convert initial deployments into multi-site rollouts while improving account strategy, qualification, forecasting, and enterprise sales practices across the organization.

Own product direction, roadmap, prioritization, discovery, delivery, launches, and performance outcomes across manufacturing technology products. Collaborate with firmware, cloud, UX, engineering, operators, and business stakeholders to translate customer needs into shipped products. Focus areas include production insights, scalable platforms and integrations, or hardware, firmware, and IoT data capture. Use customer research, analytics, and continuous iteration to improve factory-floor outcomes.

Own Factbird’s company-wide technical vision, multi-year technology strategy, architecture, platform standards, data architecture, security, reliability, and AI-assisted development strategy. Lead major architecture decisions, build-versus-buy evaluations, integration and API design, and cost-efficiency initiatives. Mentor senior engineers and Tech Leads, advise engineering leadership, communicate technical trade-offs to stakeholders, and guide the evolution of the technical organization without direct reports.
