Lead a team of CFP professionals, coach them in technical and interpersonal financial planning, develop scalable planning frameworks, and serve as the planning authority for a key practice area. Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Compliance teams on tools and communications while managing a small client portfolio to pilot initiatives and model best practices.

Lead planner onboarding and enablement across the first 90 days, coordinating setup, training, readiness tracking, and coaching interventions. Facilitate financial planning upskilling, career progression modules, practice drills, and leadership coaching frameworks. Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Compliance, People, Planning Leadership, IT, and other teams to improve enablement programs. Use AI and modern technology to increase learning and operational efficiency while identifying curriculum gaps and iterating training methods.

Provides high-touch, member-facing tax planning and advisory services without preparing tax returns. Leads virtual consultations, answers tax questions, reviews Form 1040s, models Roth conversions and other strategies, researches federal and state tax issues, and collaborates with CFP professionals on holistic financial plans. Advises on real estate, charitable giving, business entities, retirement distributions, and equity compensation.
