Drive go-to-market execution for new product innovations and brand initiatives. Create launch plans, timelines, integrated B2B/B2C campaigns, agency briefs, sales enablement tools, and cross-functional coordination. Track milestones, resolve risks, and present commercialization plans to sales and company teams.
