Plan and execute local events, partnerships, and pop-ups; create social content and capture in-store moments; run grassroots collaborations with businesses and influencers; support promotions, track engagement, and report insights to refine local marketing strategy for a Vacaville facial bar. Part-time role (20–30 hrs/wk) including some nights and weekends.

Coordinate local marketing for Denver stores: manage social and paid channels, coordinate events/popups and partnerships, handle communications, inventory, donations, newsletters, and reporting. Serve as local contact for agencies and media, working with corporate marketing and area managers to execute campaigns and in-market content.

Manage daily operations and a 15–30 person team across one then two facial bar locations. Own hiring, coaching, scheduling, inventory, client experience, and P&L metrics (service revenue, membership, retail, rebooking). Drive local growth, document procedures, and prepare sites for expansion while meeting performance targets and maintaining service standards.
