Manage paid digital relationships for a portfolio of franchisees. Serve as the primary contact, host monthly performance reviews, interpret campaign metrics, recommend budget and strategy changes, onboard teams to Lofi, provide training, track spend pacing, and coordinate with media, creative, and finance teams to ensure strong campaign performance and franchisee satisfaction.

Manage and support franchisee local marketing to drive revenue and client acquisition. Build localized plans, coach franchise partners, ensure brand consistency, track performance, optimize campaigns, run trainings, and coordinate with national marketing.
