The part-time role includes evening and weekend event availability and offers hands-on experience in social media, events, partnerships, and local marketing.

Manages daily operations for a facial bar, including team leadership, scheduling, recruiting, training, performance management, inventory, budgeting, sales growth, compliance, and guest experience. The manager coaches staff, performs skincare services, resolves customer concerns, supports marketing and community engagement, and ensures brand, sanitation, and service standards are maintained.
