Configure, integrate, enhance, release, and support Fenergo KYC and Client Lifecycle Management solutions. Translate AML and KYC policies into platform workflows, rules, risk models, data requirements, and due-diligence processes. Develop and troubleshoot integrations, manage environments and deployments, support testing and production incidents, and maintain technical documentation. The role also provides technical leadership, reviews third-party deliverables, promotes reusable configurations, and ensures compliance with enterprise security, change-management, and operational standards.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using React.js, Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript. Lead architecture and technical design decisions, build RESTful APIs and microservices, manage SQL and NoSQL databases, optimize performance and security, and implement comprehensive testing. Collaborate with senior developers and solution designers, work independently, and contribute to a fast-paced, fail-fast development environment.

Leads end-to-end performance testing across SaaS applications, APIs, microservices, ETL pipelines, databases, Kubernetes, and cloud-native platforms. Designs load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests; analyzes application, database, and infrastructure bottlenecks; monitors systems with observability tools; validates Kubernetes performance; integrates tests into CI/CD pipelines; produces stakeholder-facing reports; supports performance tuning; and mentors junior engineers.

Lead migration from Matillion ETL to AWS-native data platforms. Design and optimize scalable pipelines using AWS Glue and Apache Airflow, build reusable ETL/ELT components, and work with Snowflake for data warehousing and performance tuning. Implement data quality, monitoring, security, governance, and compliance practices. Collaborate with architects and stakeholders, support CI/CD and DevOps processes, conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, and improve processing performance, cost, and scalability.

Own the implementation, configuration, integration, release management, and ongoing technical operation of LSEG’s Fenergo KYC SaaS platform. Translate KYC, AML, and AFC policies into workflows, rules, risk models, permissions, and data requirements. Develop integrations, manage environments, support testing and deployments, investigate production issues, coordinate vendor upgrades, and establish sustainable internal platform ownership within an Agile product team.

Designs, deploys, automates, and manages Azure/AWS cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes workloads, and CI/CD pipelines. Responsibilities include Terraform and Helm-based infrastructure automation, Jenkins and GitHub release automation, cloud networking, monitoring and logging with Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor, CloudWatch, and related tools, plus container security, vulnerability scanning, Linux administration, troubleshooting, and DevSecOps implementation. Collaborates across development, QA, security, and operations teams and supports production releases.
