Performs quality engineering activities in a manufacturing environment, including process and product audits, quality capability studies, inspection instruction development, NPI and prototype support, CAPA and gap analysis, ISO documentation, and customer complaint resolution. Oversees OBA inspectors, ensures compliance with IPC standards and customer requirements, monitors FPY and OBA performance, and recommends corrective actions to reduce scrap, rework, and quality issues.

Collects customer demand forecasts and develops factory master schedules for manufacturing operations. Produces MDS-MPS schedules, schedule comparison reports, revenue and sales forecast reports, and waterfall charts. Coordinates manpower, equipment capacity, materials, and related planning requirements with internal departments. Supports customer satisfaction and section performance while applying BOM, MRP II, ERP, SAP, and APICS concepts.

Drive continuous improvement and optimize SMT and PCBA manufacturing processes, including production flow, instructions, yield, quality, scrap, cycle time, tooling, equipment, and process validation. Prepare DFX and yield reports, support engineering builds and supply chain coordination, transfer processes across sites, and manage process introduction schedules. Apply statistical analysis, Lean Manufacturing, soldering expertise, and problem-solving methods to improve manufacturing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
