Drive continuous improvement and optimize SMT and PCBA manufacturing processes, including production flow, instructions, yield, quality, scrap, cycle time, tooling, equipment, and process validation. Prepare DFX and yield reports, support engineering builds and supply chain coordination, transfer processes across sites, and manage process introduction schedules. Apply statistical analysis, Lean Manufacturing, soldering expertise, and problem-solving methods to improve manufacturing efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Manages customer product programs through contract manufacturing, overseeing planning, scheduling, capacity, build priorities, process readiness, factory coordination, issue escalation, and on-time delivery. Provides real-time customer updates and daily status reporting while managing financial, operational, quality, inventory, and customer satisfaction metrics. Builds executive and customer relationships, supports new business opportunities, negotiates complex deals, and drives continuous improvement across electronics manufacturing processes.

Develop and maintain ICT test processes, procedures, tools, and equipment. Install and qualify new test stations, manage equipment calibration, monitor yields, troubleshoot failures to the PCBA component level, and support root-cause analysis and RMA investigations. Prepare technical and qualification reports, maintain measurement records, assist with compliance documentation, and train technicians and operators. The role requires Keysight ICT experience, contract manufacturing knowledge, scripting ability, and strong technical English communication.
