Research target accounts and personas, qualify leads, schedule meetings/demos for AEs, maintain CRM hygiene, share market intelligence, and collaborate with marketing and sales leadership. Strong mentorship and promotion path toward closing roles.

Own full-cycle technical recruiting for engineering (expanding to product and design): source passive candidates, run fast high-quality interview processes, maintain ATS (Ashby), report pipeline metrics, and partner with hiring managers to define roles and scorecards.

Build and maintain the data platform powering the product: real-time API integrations, Kafka streaming, Spark and Airflow pipelines, and data services. Translate product requirements into scalable, reliable back-end systems, make technical tradeoffs, and operate production-facing services for an early-stage security company.
