Owner of post-sale technical support: triage and resolve platform, integration, and data issues; perform root-cause analysis; assist with API and SSO integrations; build support processes, SLAs, and knowledge base; surface product feedback and collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve reliability.

Build high-quality interfaces using React and Next.js, own features end-to-end, collaborate with design, iterate on user feedback, and contribute to engineering culture.
