Coordinates commercial tenant improvement construction projects from setup and pre-construction through delivery and warranty. Supports document control, schedules, safety planning, procurement, tender packages, permits, subcontractors, suppliers, budgets, quality, and client coordination. Works with project managers and site superintendents to resolve issues proactively and keep multiple projects on schedule and within budget.

Oversee daily accounting operations, financial reporting, bookkeeping, audits, risk management, and monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes. Manage AR/AP, invoice payments, subcontractor and vendor payments, and communications with project teams, site managers, and clients. Coordinate annual budgets with leadership and support strategic financial decision-making and company growth.

Lead commercial tenant improvement construction projects from start to finish. Supervise site teams, subcontractors, materials, equipment, permits, safety, quality control, inspections, RFIs, schedules, meetings, and project closeout. Resolve construction issues and team conflicts, develop contingency plans, enforce policies, and coordinate with the Project Manager to deliver projects on schedule and according to specifications.
