Manages regional sales strategy and the full sales cycle for Fabcon products and services, from prospecting, pricing, and proposals through contract award and project handoff. Builds relationships with construction-industry stakeholders, conducts client education and site visits, monitors market and competitor activity, prepares forecasts, and coordinates with marketing, engineering, estimating, production, project management, and field teams. Travel within the assigned territory may reach 50%.

Designs precast concrete products to meet structural, constructability, industry, and company standards. Reviews contracts and shop drawings, supports production and project teams, develops field fixes, coordinates with drafters and engineers, and mentors junior engineers. The role requires civil engineering knowledge, concrete and steel design expertise, familiarity with applicable building and loading codes, EIT certification, and proficiency with engineering and office software.
