Position, bend, cut, and secure steel bars, rods, cables, or welded wire fabric in concrete forms per blueprints using hand tools, rod-bending machines, and torches. Perform inventory, material ordering, cable stressing with a jack, set column/pier/ wall cages, rigging, and maintain safety and housekeeping on job sites. Requires physical labor including lifting, climbing, and long periods of standing.

Install, position, and secure steel reinforcing bars, rods, cables, and welded wire fabric in concrete forms per blueprints. Cut, bend, and fasten rebar using hand tools, rod-bending machines, saws, and acetylene torches. Perform cable stressing, inventory and ordering of materials, rigging, and site safety/housekeeping. Work involves heavy lifting, climbing, prolonged standing, and occasional travel.

Fabricate rebar to meet company and customer requirements by operating benders, shear lines, automatic benders, and overhead cranes; follow safety standards, maintain a clean workspace, work independently or on teams, meet deadlines, and handle physical lifting.
