Leads contract administration and project billing operations, including assignment distribution, complex billing reviews, pay applications, change orders, claims, audits, discrepancy resolution, and contract compliance. Provides technical guidance, training, mentoring, and onboarding for Billing Specialists; coordinates with Project Management, Accounting, leadership, and customers; monitors deadlines and documentation; escalates risks; and recommends process improvements. Supports assigned project billing, closeout activities, audits, and departmental initiatives.

Leads project billing and contract administration, reviewing pay applications, change orders, claims, and supporting documentation for accuracy and compliance. Coordinates billing assignments, resolves escalated discrepancies, guides Billing Specialists, and improves team procedures. Analyzes project budgets, costs, percentage of completion, cost-to-complete forecasts, committed costs, and revenue recognition to identify financial risks and discrepancies. Collaborates with Project Management, Accounting, leadership, customers, and other stakeholders.

Supports a concrete products storefront through customer service, point-of-sale transactions, will-call orders, invoicing, inventory tracking, shipment coordination, and delivery scheduling. Maintains product, purchase, vendor, safety, and compliance records while coordinating with suppliers, drivers, customers, and internal teams. The role also supports storefront and yard organization, procurement documentation, cash handling, and issue resolution. Microsoft Office proficiency and familiarity with POS and inventory software are required or preferred.
