Develop proof-of-concept exploits, automated security validation frameworks, detection tools, and reusable demos/assets. Validate F5 security products, collaborate across teams, publish technical content, and support technical marketing through tooling and demonstrations.

The role involves qualifying inbound leads, executing sales motions, maintaining CRM records, and developing sales skills to drive customer relationships.

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will provide Level 2 support, troubleshoot F5 products, communicate with customers, and collaborate with engineering teams.
