Automate governance, FinOps, and compliance with policy-as-code; develop reusable IaC modules; build CI/CD/GitOps pipelines; embed security, observability, and SRE practices; and deliver the infrastructure platform as a product for internal teams.

Lead design, build, and operation of production ML/AI systems for customer success and support: RAG/LLM assistants, MLOps, scalable inference, safety/governance, observability, front/back-end integration, cloud-native deployments, and cross-functional delivery to improve CSAT, deflection, and agent productivity.

Implement and deliver enterprise web security solutions, manage technical integrations and go-live support, troubleshoot and mitigate risks, collaborate cross-functionally, automate using F5 tools and APIs, and document and share best practices to improve delivery for enterprise customers.
