Partners with Sales, Engineering, Services, Product, and Support to accelerate time-to-value and ensure successful adoption of AI security products. Requires substantial post-sales technical experience, AI systems deployment knowledge, enterprise infrastructure expertise, and the ability to manage complex customer implementations.

Design and maintain scalable, secure AWS cloud infrastructure for an AI security B2B SaaS platform. Build CI/CD pipelines, manage Kubernetes workloads, implement serverless solutions, and develop monitoring and alerting systems. Apply security and compliance best practices while optimizing reliability, performance, and cost. Lead projects independently, analyze complex systems, improve efficiency, and communicate technical concepts clearly.

Lead the design and development of low-latency services, APIs, forward and reverse proxies, and scalable multi-tenant SaaS systems. Optimize performance, implement observability and monitoring, apply AI-assisted development tools, make architectural decisions, mentor developers, evaluate emerging technologies, and improve system efficiency and security.
