The Chief Operating Officer will provide enterprise-wide strategic and operational leadership, integrating finance, people and culture, business intelligence, legal affairs, risk, organizational planning, and change management. Reporting to the CEO, the COO will translate strategy into coordinated execution, strengthen systems and accountability, oversee financial and organizational sustainability, manage cross-functional risks, and support effective governance across a global, distributed nonprofit organization.

Serve as Fos Feminista's principal legal advisor, providing strategic counsel on governance, compliance, institutional strategy, operations, advocacy, and grantmaking across multiple jurisdictions. Oversee outside counsel, maintain risk registers, ensure regulatory compliance for 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) structures, develop governance and compliance policies, advise CEO and boards, and cultivate a global network of pro bono and specialized legal partners to support cross-border operations.
