Lead regional construction projects and teams, oversee budgeting, staffing, scheduling, subcontractor and owner relations, approve budgets/subcontracts, drive business development, enforce safety/quality, and ensure contract and regulatory compliance.

Support construction project teams by coordinating procurement and subcontractors, producing schedules, reviewing shop drawings, tracking RFIs and change orders, managing as-builts and close-out documents, performing quantity take-offs, assisting field supervision, and ensuring quality control and project correspondence.
