Provides administrative support for a civil construction department, including accounts payable and receivable, progress billing, subcontractor payments, payroll review, compliance auditing, contract insurance tracking, document filing, and vendor communication. The role works in office and field environments, supports certified payroll and EEO reporting, and helps monitor community hiring and apprenticeship goals.

Supports construction project management by coordinating material procurement, schedules, submittals, change orders, RFIs, subcontractors, quality control, close-out documentation, and field supervision. Responsibilities also include blueprint reading, quantity take-offs, as-built documentation, correspondence, and construction technology use. The role is designed for recent college graduates with a required four-year degree in engineering, construction, architecture, or business.

Manages construction contracts, project teams, schedules, budgets, cost reports, change orders, quality and safety plans, subcontracting requirements, and owner relationships. The role leads multiple construction projects, supervises project personnel and superintendents, negotiates financial matters, develops proposals, and ensures compliance with MBE/WBE and EEO requirements across assigned work locations.
