Develop and produce customized RFP/RFQ proposals, presentation materials, and interview prep. Create graphics, project profiles, staff resumes, award submissions, and maintain marketing databases and reports.

Manage Job Order Contracts and work orders in the Chicago region, overseeing project teams and superintendents. Maintain project cost reports, negotiate change orders, ensure quality, safety, MBE/WBE and EEO/affirmative action compliance, and serve as owner liaison while producing proposals and managing multiple simultaneous projects.

Develop and maintain CPM and resource-loaded construction schedules, coordinate with project teams and stakeholders, assess schedule impacts from changes, prepare updates per contract, and provide guidance to resolve complex scheduling issues throughout multi-phased projects.
