Supports marketing proposal and prequalification processes by reviewing RFQ requirements, contributing creative and technical writing, updating staff resumes and project profiles, maintaining marketing databases and reports, coordinating event registration, researching for business development, creating proposal graphics, and preparing award submissions.

Manage building and infrastructure construction projects, contracts, work orders, budgets, schedules, cost reports, change orders, quality and safety plans, subcontractor requirements, and owner relationships. Supervise project teams and collaborate with superintendents, subcontractors, owners, and internal project managers. The role may oversee multiple projects and requires travel to assigned local or national work locations.

Supports construction site safety by conducting inspections, identifying hazards, recommending corrective actions, verifying corrections, investigating incidents, assisting with emergency response and safety inspections, maintaining fire protection and grounding systems, compiling accident documentation, interviewing employees, and conducting industrial hygiene sampling.
