Leads end-to-end management of embedded software and firmware co-development programs from initiation through release and sustaining support. Responsibilities include schedules, budgets, resource allocation, risk mitigation, Atlassian project administration, reporting, customer communication, and coordination across globally distributed software, hardware, QA, manufacturing, and quality teams. The role also supports process improvement, secure software delivery, and technical stakeholder management for custom SOM and SBC programs.

Design and develop complex RF and high-speed PCBs using Altium. Create schematics, component libraries, footprints and 3D models. Ensure DFT/DFM and impedance control, perform feasibility studies, coordinate with engineering, test, quality and manufacturing, and work with fabricators to resolve production issues.

The Sales Engineer will connect engineering solutions with customer demands, qualify leads, and drive sales by leveraging technical expertise and relationship-building in the wireless industry.
