Serve as the in-house clinical SME for dermatology, ensuring clinical accuracy, safety, and regulatory compliance across product design. Maintain and audit clinical templates, treatment plans, and documentation standards; translate regulatory updates into product requirements; create user stories; support UAT/QA; educate product, UX, and engineering; and partner with implementation, legal, and quality teams to support audits and customer validation.

Execute campaign-based outbound calling and emailing, research and add dermatology practices, build prospect lists, verify contacts, make 50+ calls daily, qualify leads by tech stack and pain points, and schedule meetings while aligning messaging with marketing.

Drive new business across a defined territory by prospecting, qualifying leads, managing the full sales cycle, negotiating contracts, and closing deals with dermatology practices. Represent EZDERM at industry events, collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success, and meet aggressive activity targets while traveling up to 50%.
