Owns healthcare live programs end to end, including strategy, event design, client relationships, KOL coordination, venue and vendor management, budgets, onsite execution, hybrid and virtual programs, production logistics, and results reporting. The role manages doctor dinners, advisory boards, speaker programs, roundtables, and conference-related events, traveling up to 50% and supporting major eyecare meetings.

Manages client relationships, marketing and content campaigns, project execution, campaign performance, renewals, and account growth. Coordinates internal teams across content, design, film, marketing, and engineering; coaches account staff; works with healthcare clients, agencies, and optometry and ophthalmology KOLs. The role also supports business development, clinical and medical-legal reviews, film shoots, trade shows, live events, and occasional evening or weekend programming.
