Supports the executive team by managing complex calendars, domestic and international travel, meeting preparation, expenses, and confidential information. Runs day-to-day office operations, including supplies, lunches, vendors, mail, shipments, visitors, onboarding logistics, and events. Also identifies process improvements and handles special projects. The role requires strong organization, communication, initiative, discretion, adaptability, and proficiency with Google Workspace and Slack.

Manage end-to-end deployment logistics for vision-screening kiosks, including freight booking, shipment tracking, store readiness assessments, launch scheduling, warehouse staging, inventory accuracy, vendor coordination, and delivery claims. Build repeatable checklists and processes while coordinating engineering, operations, sales, installers, technicians, retail partners, and training teams. The role is hands-on, on-site in Boston, and includes occasional travel to store locations.
