Own strategic relationships with high-value enterprise clients, driving wellness program growth, renewals, retention, satisfaction, and revenue. Resolve escalated issues, oversee account health, staffing, and invoicing accuracy, mentor Account Coordinators, and partner with sales, operations, and leadership on pricing and account planning.

Manage day-to-day relationships across client accounts, coordinate and oversee wellness events, handle invoicing and account administration, respond to client and wellness professional inquiries, and support Account Managers and sales teams in expanding wellness programs. The role requires strong communication, organization, adaptability, technology skills, and an interest in health, wellness, and community building, with a path toward Account Manager.
