Plans and executes customer-facing, industry, corporate, and employee events from initial planning through post-event follow-up. Coordinates venues, vendors, communications, registrations, budgets, materials, logistics, and on-site support. Partners with Marketing, Sales, Human Resources, Leadership, Finance, Facilities, and Operations to deliver branded and engaging experiences. Maintains event calendars, documentation, vendor relationships, and planning tools while evaluating event effectiveness and improving processes.

Manages NetSuite architecture, configuration, testing, validation, deployment, training, governance, and support for regulated life sciences manufacturing. Focus areas include WIP and Routing, inventory, standard costing, integrations, data migration, compliance, and process standardization. Leads cross-functional projects, implementation partners, stakeholder alignment, audits, and adoption across San Antonio and headquarters. Requires extensive hands-on NetSuite experience, regulated-environment validation expertise, manufacturing functionality knowledge, and on-site work in San Antonio with up to 20% domestic travel.

Leads enterprise infrastructure operations across networks, wireless, Azure, identity, backup, and disaster recovery. Oversees security monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, hardening, audits, and cyber advisory partners. Manages infrastructure changes, GxP compliance, vendors, budgets, facility buildouts, and M&A integrations. Reports operational and security metrics, supports on-call response, and travels domestically up to 20%.
