Supports daily operations across self-storage locations by building customer relationships, renting units, selling insurance and moving supplies, resolving account concerns, processing payments, maintaining cleanliness, conducting safety inspections, handling cash, completing bank deposits, and traveling between district sites. The role also requires outdoor maintenance, customer service, sales support, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Builds customer relationships, rents storage units, sells insurance and moving supplies, maintains cleanliness and safety, resolves billing and security concerns, handles payments and deposits, follows up on delinquent accounts, and travels between district sites as needed.

Leads design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of scalable software systems and enterprise integrations. Partners with stakeholders, manages multiple projects, mentors engineers, documents architecture, provides technical guidance, and promotes Agile, Scrum, and DevOps practices. Builds reliable integrations among business platforms such as Dynamics 365, Workday, Salesforce, and Concur using APIs, middleware, and event-driven or file-based patterns.
